Owners get an email at 80% and at 100%. Calls keep being served up to 120%. Only past that is delivery paused, until the next month or a plan change. Lenses already on phones keep working throughout.
Each request your app makes to the delivery API with one of your keys — asking for a face lens or a screen effect's latest or pinned version. Downloading the files that follow isn't counted. Calls are counted per key and per day, so you can see which app is busiest.
