My app gets 404 for a lensThe delivery API answers 404 for three different reasons, all the same on purpose — so no one can probe for another team's lenses:

It isn't published yet. Drafts are never delivered — publish it in the studio first.

The ID is wrong, or the pinned version doesn't exist. Copy the ID from the Developers page.

It belongs to another workspace. A key never reaches another workspace's lenses and effects.

My app gets 401The X-Api-Key header is missing, or the key is wrong or has been revoked. Check the key in your app's config. If it was revoked, an Owner or a Developer can issue a new one on the workspace's API keys page — it's shown once, so store it then.My app gets 403That product is switched off for your workspace. One key serves face lenses and screen effects, but each product is switched on per workspace — the Developers page in the studio shows which are on. Email us to have one switched on.My app gets 429Your workspace has passed 120% of its monthly delivery calls, so delivery is paused. Lenses already on phones keep working — keep showing the version your app cached. Calls are answered again on the 1st of the next month (UTC), or as soon as the workspace moves to a plan with more calls.On the way there, the workspace's Owners get an email at 80% and at 100% of the month's calls, and calls are still answered up to 120%.I can't publishYour role in this workspace is Developer. Developers can open everything in the studio but can't edit or publish — the studio says "View only: your role is Developer". Ask an Owner or a Designer to publish, or an Owner to change your role on the Team page.My reset link doesn't workReset links last 1 hour and work once, and asking for a new one cancels the one before. Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, ask for a new link, and open the newest email.My invitation expiredInvitations last 7 days. Ask an Owner of the workspace to resend it from Team → Pending invitations: the new link lasts another 7 days, and the old one stops working.Can I see a draft on my phone before publishing?Yes, for a face lens. In the studio choose Test on phone and scan the QR code with your phone's camera: the draft opens on the phone and follows your edits live. Each link lasts 30 minutes. Apps fetching with your API key only ever get published versions.A screen effect has no test link: play it in the studio's phone-screen viewer instead.
