Effective 2 October 2026
These terms are between you, and the organisation you act for, and Ingevora, Amman, Jordan. You accept them when you create an account or join a workspace.
Keep your password to yourself. A workspace's Owners decide who joins it and in which role, and manage its API keys and plan.
You keep your rights to what you upload, and confirm you're allowed to use it. You let us host it and deliver it to your apps.
No unlawful or harmful content. Don't try to reach another workspace's data, get around the limits, or overload the service.
Each plan sets monthly delivery calls, live items, seats and keys. Past 120% of the monthly calls, delivery calls pause until the next month (UTC) or an upgrade.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price on the Pricing page. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month; moving to the free plan takes effect when the paid month ends. Payments already made aren't refunded.
We work to keep it running, but can't promise it never stops. There's no service level agreement: the service is provided as it is.
You can leave a workspace or stop using the service at any time; a workspace's last Owner can leave it once someone else is an Owner. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A workspace's content stays until its Owners ask us to delete it, at admin@ingevora.com.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what your workspace paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
We post changes here with a new effective date, and email account holders first when a change matters.
