Workspaces and rolesA workspace is your company's team in IngevoraMirage. It holds your face lenses, screen effects and API keys. Everyone in it has one role, and one person can belong to several workspaces.Roles

A Developer opens the studio in view-only mode. A banner reads "View only: your role is Developer". The fields are locked, and Add layer, Validate, Publish, Archive and Test on phone are turned off.The header and switchingThe header shows your active workspace and your role, for example "Studio One · Designer". If you belong to more than one workspace, the header also has a switcher: pick another workspace from it. The editor remembers your choice in this browser, so your next visit opens the same one.If you switch while a face lens or screen effect is open, you go back to its list, because that item belongs to the other workspace.The Team pageOpen Team under Workspace in the navigation. It lists everyone: name, email, role and the date they joined. Owners also get:

a role select on each row, to change someone's role;

Remove, which takes away that person's access at once;

Invite, with Email, Role and Send invitation;

Pending invitations, each with Resend and Revoke.

The editor asks you to confirm before each Remove, Leave, Resend and Revoke.Invitations

An invitation email links to a page that joins the workspace. The link works once, for 7 days.

Resend emails a new link, valid for another 7 days. The old link stops working.

Inviting the same address again replaces the open invitation, and the earlier link stops working.

Revoke ends the invitation, and its link stops working.

You can't invite someone who is already in the workspace.

When the invited person opens the link:

with no account yet, they enter a name and a password of at least 12 characters, accept the Terms and choose Create my account;

with an account, they choose Sign in to join, sign in, then choose Join;

signed in with a different email, the page says who the invitation is for and offers Sign out.

Joining opens the workspace with the role the invitation gave.Leaving and removingAnyone can choose Leave the workspace on the Team page. You lose access to its face lenses, screen effects and keys until an Owner invites you again. An Owner can remove anyone else.Someone who is in no workspace sees "You're not in a workspace yet". From there they can create a workspace of their own while sign-up is open, or ask a workspace Owner to invite them.The last OwnerA workspace always keeps at least one Owner. The last Owner can't leave, be removed or change to another role. The editor shows "A workspace needs at least one Owner". Make someone else an Owner first.Workspace settingsOwners can rename the workspace. Open Settings under Workspace, change Workspace name and choose Save. The header shows the new name.Your accountYour account belongs to you, not to a workspace. Open the user menu in the header and choose Account to change your name or your password. Changing your password signs you out everywhere else.If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? on the Sign in page. The reset link works once, for 1 hour.Related pages
